MED-Star Paramedic Ambulance, Inc. is a privately owned and operated company located in Brandon, South Dakota.

MED-Star has grown in reputation as an experienced, professional, pre-hospital 911, inter-facility, and medical transport ambulance service, offering excellence in medical care. 

We currently have full time and part time Paramedic positions available.

We offer flexible scheduling with 12 and 24 hour shifts available, or can work with you on your scheduling needs!  We have a new starting wage of $21-24 per hour for newly hired Paramedics. 

We operate with aggressive protocols and we utilize Physio LifePaks, LUCAS devices, EZIO, Alaris IV pumps, and I-Pad in-truck charting systems.

We have a comfortable base station, with no off-site posting. We offer Health, Dental, Vision, AFLAC, and employer matched 401k.
